She is survived by: her parents, Samuel Jack and Bonnie Jack (Anderson); her spouses, Melvin Walls and Gene Marcellus; her daughter Patricia Wells (Robert) of Taylorville; her great grandchildren, Michael Wells, Clairity Shepard and Lylie Edwards; and her siblings, Dorris Schroyer of Taylorville and Melvin Jack (Bonnie) of Palmer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
