He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Kramer and Bertha Kramer of Palmer, IL.; and his granddaughter Monica Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Effie Kramer; his sons, Michael Kramer (Andrea) of Dallas, GA, William Kramer (Beckey) of Palmer, IL and Matthew Kramer of Teutopolis, IL; and his stepdaughters, Claire Parker (Archie) of Virden, IL and Kim West (Steve).
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sutton Memorial (327 N Clay St, Taylorville, IL 62568). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials in Donald's honor may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital.
