He is survived by: his wife Patty Wiley of Taylorville, IL; his children, Tina Fleming (John) of Kincaid, IL and Donald Eugene Wiley Jr. of Kincaid, IL; his grandchildren, Ali Garner (Dale) of Taylorville, IL, Donald Ryan (Tiffany) of Nokomis, IL, Kristen Ryan of Decatur, IL, Curtis Ryan (Sydney) of Pana, IL and Noah Ellsworth of Kincaid, IL; and his siblings, Frieda Jones of Decatur, IL, Marcia Upton of Tovey, IL, Bobby Henne of Springfield, IL and Morris Upton of Taylorville, IL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
