With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dolores McLaughlin of Taylorville, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 21, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan C. Pittenger and Marcella Ruth Pittenger (Wareham); and her brother Daniel Pittenger. She is survived by: her husband Stephen McLaughlin of Taylorville; her children, Tara Kowalczyk (Jason) of Gainesville, Georgia, Matthew McLaughlin (Lyndsey) of Morton and Jarrod McLaughlin of Taylorville; and her grandchildren, Brynna McLaughlin, Madeline McLaughlin, Kyle Kowalczyk and Colin Kowalczyk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Fur Love or the First Presbyterian Church, both of Taylorville.
