She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Koonce and Mary Koonce; her husband Clarence "Smiley" Wise; and her children, Richie Wise (Vickie), Rita Phillips (Gary), Rose Scott (late Larry Scott Sr.), Terri Latham (Robert), Karen Paz (John), Janet Crowder (Dennis) and Darla Gatton. She was also cherished by step great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
The family requests Required Face Masks during Funeral, Graveside Services and at the Kincaid Baptist Church.
