He was predeceased by: his wife Eloise. He is survived by: his children, Lana Adcock (Thomas) of Pana, IL and Tony Myers of Stonington, IL. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Memorials in Dale's honor may be made to A.A.M.P. or Shriners Children's Hospital and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
