It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Christopher Hughes of Taylorville, Illinois, born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on June 28, 2023, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Carl Hughes and Viveca Hughes (Nelson); his sons, Trevor Hughes of Princeton, Christian Hughes of Taylorville and Joseph Hughes of Taylorville; and his siblings, Tonia Hughes-Stone (Mike) of Junction City, Sam Hughes (Laura) of Kincaid and Seneka Hughes of Taylorville. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
