He was predeceased by: his parents, E. C. Riggs and Alline Hager; his siblings, Connie Cloninger, Derrel and David Cloninger; and also Karen Kader.
He is survived by: his stepfather Claude Cloninger; his close friend JoMarie Warren of Taylorville; his children, Amy Taylor (Brian) of Taylorville, Mark Riggs of Taylorville, Shannon Morrison (Robert) of Stonington, Kris Warren (Stella) of Taylorville and Matt Warren (Erica) of Stonington; his grandchildren, Carrie Willis, Sean Morrison, Matthew Riggs, Jr., Kidd Morrison, Ariana Morrison, Haylee Riggs, Aly Warren, Cole Warren of Addison Herman, D. J and Bella Warren; his brother Keith Cloninger of Bernie, MO; his nephews, Matt and Mark; and also Carol Riggs of Taylorville.
