Celeste King Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Celeste King (Taylorville, Illinois), who passed away on November 9, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Root and Genevieve Root (Cazalet); and her sister Sandy Jones. She is survived by: her husband John A. King of Taylorville; her children, Stephanie Spresser of South Elgin, IL and Chris King of Wendell; her grandchildren, Evan, Cole Spresser of South Elgin and Kaitlyn King of Hampstead; her siblings, Bill Root (Jackie) of Maricopa, Arizona, Michelle Smart of Pana, Suzie Helm of Pana and Jackie Morrison (Don) of Assumption; and her brother-in-law Richard Jones of Watseka. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great, nephews, and cousins; and her two cats.
