With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecil Howard (Taylorville, Illinois), who passed away on May 19, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Monroe and Betty Jane Howard (Bray). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Howard of Taylorville, IL; his children, Gary Howard of Vandalia, IL and Linda Howard of Florida; his stepsons, William L. Dodson of Riverton, IL and Christopher Michael Dodson of Springfield, IL; and his sisters, Ruth, Doris and Several. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
