Otey, Jr. of Taylorville; her children, Peggy Garcia (Allen) of Coal Valley, Twilla Stockon (Russell) of Taylorville and Joshua Otey of Taylorville; her grandchildren, Brian, Cara Otey, Silas, Lance, Shelby Stockon, Sage and James Garcia; and her siblings, Mary Williamson (Rick) of Robinson, Vicky Culberson (Harold) of Oblong, Bernice Malone (John) of Robinson, Bill Miller (Dixie) of Lawrenceville, Carl Miller of Robinson, David Miller of Hardinville and Roger Miller of Duncanville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
