It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Jackson of Taylorville, Illinois, born in Visalia, California, who passed away on October 2, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Jackson and Cora Jackson (Rogers); and her sons-in-law, Bill Dickey and Leroy Argo. She is survived by: her daughters, Deby Dickey of Taylorville, Karen Argo of Taylorville and Joni Durbin of Taylorville; her grandchildren, Wendy Michelle Oller of Taylorville, Teresa Ann Kunkes (Nick) of Bloomington and Thomas Trevor Oller of Taylorville; her great grandchildren, Marissa Elizabeth Burkey, Will Morrison Burkey, Makenna Wilson Burkey, Jonathan Thomas Gattuso, Rose Tyler Kunkes and River Song Kunkes; and her great great grandchild Hadleigh Grace Miller.

CDC health guidelines will be followed including social distancing and the use of masks.

Memorials may be made to the Taylorville Care Center activity fund.
