She is survived by: her son Kevin Hayes (Kristen) of Taylorville, IL; her grandchildren, Kalee Johnstone (Alan), Clayton, Kori and Sydnie Hayes; her great grandchild Lorenzo Johnstone; her siblings, Jim Hayes (Geraldine) of San Bernardino, CA and Marilyn Garmon (Ron) of Taylorville, IL; and her goddaughter Shannon Bates (Garmon). She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews.
