She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Durbin and Wilma Durbin (Lyerla); her husband John Tirey; and her daughter Theresa Holmes. She is survived by: her children, Derrick A. Brown of Taylorville and Marie Atkinson of Taylorville; her grandchildren, Jacklin Brown, Alissa Brown and Jasper Barrish; her siblings-in-law, Joe Harvel, Paulette Tirey, Ann Collins, Diane Tirey and Elsie Durbin; and her friend Pamela Muffick.
