She was predeceased by: her parents, John Conley and Ruth Madora Conley (Carroll); her husband Allen Wayne Smith Sr.; and her children, Joyce Wilham, Gary Smith and Allen Wayne Smith Jr..

She is survived by: her sons, Richard Smith of Taylorville, IL and Larry Pruitt; her grandchildren, Andrea Coers (John), Tami Grigg (Randy), Jason Wilham, Sandra Delahunt (Fred), Benjamin Smith, Holly Farrell, Aaron Smith, Laura Smith, Alicyne Schafer (Josh) and Ryan Smith; and her sisters, Martha Theil of Santa Fe, NM and Several. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
