We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2022, at the age of 78, Carol Ann Lazenby of Taylor Springs, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie and Lala Tolliver (Dick); her siblings, Leslie Tolliver and Gladys Chambers; and her nephew Keith Chambers.
She is survived by: her spouse Lee Lazenby; her daughters, Lori Lazenby (David Jarman) and Lisa Hamilton Harrell (Rodney) of South Carolina; and her siblings, Irene Harney, Donna Schiltz, Janet Spoor, Cheryl Braye, David Bethard, Harry, Mark and Matt Scheldt. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and two step grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
