She was predeceased by: her parents, Crawford Malmstrom and Madeline Meirhaghe Malmstrom; her husband James R. Mack; her son David; her grandson Jason; and her siblings, Lawrence, John, James, Paul Malmstrom and Bernice Johnson.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Rawlings (Gary) of Cambridge, IL, Kathleen Adamson of Andover, IL, Daniel Mack (Jeannine) of Moline, IL, Cynthia Poetz (Steve) of Sheboygan, WI, Lisa VanDeVoorde (Jim) of Taylor Ridge, IL, Thomas Mack of Taylor Ridge, IL, Peggy Hagedorn of Nokesville, VA, John Mack (Wendy) of Cottonwood Heights, UT, James Mack (Sally) of East Moline, IL, Steven Mack (Mychele) of Viola, IL, Susanne Burbridge (Steve) of Alpha, IL and Timothy Mack (Selah) of Dawsonville, GA; her daughter-in-law Laurie Mack of Davenport, IA; and her sisters, Joan Poelvoorde, Evelyn Tomes of East Moline, IL and Rose Rodell of Franklin Grove, IL. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren.
