She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Alongi and Dorothy Alongi (Pfaff); her daughter Karlie Murphy; her brother Craig Alongi; and her brother-in-law Wayne Victor.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Murphy; her children, Liz Somes, Kevin Murphy (Sytil), Kent Murphy (Ashley), Adrianne Maginn, Katie LaBonde (RJ) and Gabe Somes (Sue); her siblings, Janet Alongi, Martha Victor, Phyllis Schnell (Bill), Ted Alongi (Suzanne) and Brian Murphy (Christine); and her pet Roo.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to Edgewood Baptist Church.
