He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart Madison and Betty Fletcher Madison; and his brother-in-law Dave Schwab. He is survived by: his wife Julie Kivett; his son Nicholas; his sister Cindy Schwab; and his sisters-in-law, Mashell Tague (Larry) and Chris Berry (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
