We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2021, at the age of 87, Douglas Hayes of Taylor Ridge, Illinois, born in Muscatine, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hayes and Dorothy Hayes (Fuhlman); his son Rick Hayes; and his brother James Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hayes; and his children, Brian, Heather, Michael, Terry, Robert, Roxanne, Lisa, Sheila and Jamie. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
