Church (Tampico, Illinois), born in Sterling, Illinois, who passed away on November 14, 2018, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Lisa of Tampico; his parents, Ronnie and Mary of Tampico; his children, Bradley Church, Jessie Lindskog (Trent) and Samantha Church (Brett Nowack); his grandson Parker; his siblings, Ronda Fritsch (Rod) and Scotty Church (Natalie); his parent-in-law Larry; and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Schauff (Bill), Kelly Hagel (Craig) and Marty Scanlan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles and aunts.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to the Tampico Fire Department and the Tampico Ambulance service.
