He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson Kemper and Caroline Kemper (Bresson); and his siblings, Charles and Phyllis. He is survived by: his spouse Edward Duffy; his daughters, Deb Duffy of Princeton, Phyllis Duffy of Princeton, Erin Duffy of Rockford, Megan Duffy of Ohio and Duanna Duffy of Princeton; his grandchildren, Miguel, Nathaniel, Isaiah, Matthew, Alec, Mary and Logan; his great grandchildren, Jakobi and Juliette; his siblings, Dorothy Snow (David) of Crystal Lake, Washington, Daryl Kemper (Mary) of Litchfield Park, Jim Kemper (Joanna) of Compton and Jeff Kemper of Dixon; his sister-in-law Gail Kemper of Idaho Fall, Idaho; and his friend Connie Allen of Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Ohio Fire and Rescue.
