It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca S. Vroman of Tampico, Illinois, born in Davenport, Iowa, who passed away on November 7, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Millhollin and Julie Millhollin (Lawrence); and her spouse Anson D. "Hap" Vroman. She is survived by: her children, Scott Garrison (Charity) of Wilton, IA, Lindsey Garrison and Davenport; her stepchildren, Joel Vroman (Shelly) of Orion, IL and Anne Smith; her siblings, Mark Millhollin (Julie), Brian Millhollin, Davenport and Michelle Millhollin; her grandson Kolby Garrison; and her stepgrandchildren, Madison, Jakob Stone and Devon Vroman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a No Kill Humane Society of donor's choice.
