She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Braggo and Geraldine Braggo (Lee); and her son Scott Forward. She is survived by: her husband Greg Forward of Tampico; her children, Lori Althaus (Bill) of Sublette, Paul Forward (Tamie) of Tampico and Gary Forward (Jody) of Prophetstown; her daughter-in-law Mandi Forward of Tampico; her sisters, Rita Wilson of Mineral Point, WI and Cathy Schultz of Amboy; her grandchildren, Eric Althaus, Alyssa Leffelman (Alex), Jenna Keenan (Steve), Whitney Fealko (Steven), Jared Forward (Lexi), Ashtynn Forward and Easton Forward; her stepgranddaughters, Samantha Turner (Ryan) and Erica Fisher (Kyle); and her great grandchildren, Kacey, Lainey, Brody Leffelman, Adelline Keenan and Jordyn Forward.
A reception was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McDonald Funeral Home- Rock Falls (1002 12th Ave, Rock Falls, IL 61071).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Rock River Hospice Home.
