It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Arthur Divers of Tampico, Illinois, born in Dixon, Illinois, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlando Brown and Lena Bass; his siblings, Johnny and Eleanor; and his siblings-in-law, Kenny, Jonny and Barbara.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Divers of Tampico; his siblings-in-law, Darlene Leal (Jim Poff) of Rock Falls, Evelyn Olroyd (Piz) of Erie, Don Wyatt (Bev) and James Wyatt (Tina); and his close friends, Paul of Tampico, Dave of Tampico, Dale Tompkins of Tampico, Penny Redell of Tampico and Elmer Crain of Tampico. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established.
