Norman Sr. of Tampico, Illinois, born in New Bedford, Illinois, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Norman and Lillian Pearl Norman (Wescott); his wife LaVonne DeGroot; his sons, Robert Norman and Jack Norman; and his siblings, Ann Baldwin, Leonard, Cliff, Chet, George and Gilbert.
He is survived by: his children, Jo Norman of Sterling, Glenda Hitchcock (William) of Grand Detour, Penny Duncan (Bob) of Sterling and Glenn Norman Jr. of Tampico; and his nephew Joe Baldwin (Pat) of Rock Falls. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to Granny Rose Animal Shelter of Dixon.
