With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vance T. Hazelwood Jr. of Tamms, Illinois, who passed away on October 3, 2023 at the age of 47. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vance T. Hazelwood Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his parents, Vance T. Hazelwood and Debra McKee Hazelwood Sr. of Tamms; his children, Brittany Troxel (Kristian), Jaxson and Jaycee Hazelwood; his former spouse Nikki Hazelwood; his siblings, Regina Vonhasseln (Michael) and Samuel Hazelwood (Courtney); his grandson Carsen Ellis; his close friend Cara Hammond; and also Slaedyn Hammond. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the American Heart Association or the Jackson Soccer Field Fund (JAOSA).
