She was predeceased by: her parents, Hal Newton and Jessie Newton (Smiley); and her husband Virgil Eugene Foltz. She is survived by: her son Kenneth Foltz; her grandchildren, Kenneth Foltz, Jr., Kelly Foltz, Michael Foltz and Caleb Foltz; and her great grandchild Ryder Whitney.
