She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Miller-Becker and Gladys Miller-Becker; her husband Orval "Gene" Pecord; and her brother Walter Becker. She is survived by: her children, Clinton Pecord (Susan) of Mounds, Becky Cantrell (Stan) of Advance, Billy Pecord (Deana) of Olive Branch and Amy McClarney (Bill) of Olive Branch, Illinois; her sister Patsy Mason of Anna, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Jeffery Pecord (Melanie), Lisa Mueller (Jason), Lorna Freed (Aaron), Natalie Cash, Lauren Butler (Tim), Lucas Pecord (Addie), Hannah McClarney, Angie Poe and Steven Cantrell. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crain Funeral Home - Tamms (420 Front St, Tamms, IL 62988). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Beechwood Cemetery (3514 Old U. S. 51, Mounds, IL 62964).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests with gratitude that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and/or Wounded Warrior Project and/or Providence Home Health & Hospice, 2825 Bloomfield Rd., Cape Girardeau, MO 63703.
