He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ann Dover; his children, James Dover (Cindy) of Durand, Illinois, Debra Ann Charles-Capozollo (Nicola) of Corleto Monforte, Italy, David Dover, Sr. (Bonnie) of Herrin, Illinois, Susan Bigham (Leslie) of Olive Branch, Illinois and Diane Pearl (Edward) of Jonesboro, Illinois; and his siblings, Floyd Dover (Phyllis) of Charleston, Missouri and Beverly McHarry of Thebes, Illinois. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, several great and great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
