He is survived by: his children, Steve Rapp (Cindy) of Carlyle, Kathy Baiotto (Dan) of Collinsville, Tina Basler of Swansea, Michelle Benton (Bill) of Wheaton and Angela Smiles (Bill) of Woodridge; and his siblings, Mary Carol Nelson of Carnation, WA, Larry Rapp of Millstadt, IL, Charlie Rapp (Sue) of St. Clair, MO, Ruth Guy (Dan) of Millstadt and Jim Rapp (Debbie) of Waterloo. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
