She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Tony Tomich and Bonita Reeves (Moak); and her stepfather Bud. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Daron; her children, Zipper Brandhorst (Michelle) and Toni Thomas (Doug); her grandchildren, Chelsey Jackson (Paul), Jackson Brandhorst and Riley Brandhorst; her great grandchildren, Oak Thomas Jackson and Denver Paul Jackson; her sisters, Carol Nimmo (Skip) and Lois Snyder (Wade); her nieces and nephews, Tracy Thomson, Julie Yates, Skipper Nimmo, Brian Snyder and Wade Snyder; her friend MaryAnn Brandon; and her pet Opie.

Donations to the Perry County Humane Society can be made in her honor.
