He was predeceased by: his father Ronald A. Willis; and his grandparents, Charles and Velma Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Willis (Johnson) of Coulterville; his wife Tami J. Tate; his son Zachary G. Willis; his stepdaughters, Nicole Dudzinski of Valier and Misti Jo Cannon of Anna; his stepfather Myles M. Blair of Coulterville; and his siblings, Curt Willis of Benton, Jeff Miller of Du Quoin and Tabitha Willis of Mulkeytown. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Phase Four Restore allows 50 attendees, using social distancing guidelines. Everyone in attendance is required to wear a mask.
