He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Andrew and Laura Eva Knapp (Moore); his former wife Betty Schwartzkopf; his wife Judith Elder Kellems; his daughter Sherry Knapp; and his sisters, Verna Bird and Marjorie Downen.
He is survived by: his grandson Dustin A. Knapp (Samantha Phillips) of Tamaroa; his siblings, Kenneth Knapp, Sr. (Sandy) of Tamaroa and Dorotha Frost of Tamaroa; his great grandchild Arianna Knapp; his grandchildren, Taylor King, Morgan Cantu, Andrew Knapp and Sheyenne Knapp; and his great grandchild Moises Cantu.
