She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin C. Rathert and Emma Middendorf Rathert; her husband Edward Rostankowski; her brother Willard Rathert; her sister-in-law Elvera Rathert; and her grandson Joshua James.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Griffiths, Connie Hale, Elaine James and Kyle Griffiths (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Jesse Rodewald (Amy), Afton James (Michael Woodside), Zara Thomas (Brock), Jordan Hale (Danae), Justin Hale, Rachael Griffiths and Ryan Griffiths; and her brothers, Ronald Rathert (Ann) and Leonard Rathert (Carolyn). She is also survived by Several great-grandchildren.
