She is survived by: her husband Harold Cook; her children, Mary Curry (Joe) and Rick Cook (Angie); her siblings, Rick Grantt, Gwen Puckett and Penny Lee; her grandchildren, Rachel Sunderland, Brett Cook, Sarah Cook, Alison Cook, Nathan Curry and Mason Curry; and her great grandchildren, Emelie, Cameron, Kylie, Gabriella and Talyn.
