She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert Lee Frazier; her parents, Forrest Haist and Pearl Haist; and her siblings, Lavern "Buddy" and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her son Robert Frazier (Mary); her granddaughters, Julia Donohoe (Ryan) and Erin Frazier; and her sister Shirley Mayall.
