He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bartlett and Julia Kempe. He is survived by: his spouse Shelba Lafary; his children, Dean Bartlett of Adair, IL., Steve Bartlett (Julie) of Adair, IL., Christy Hollenback (Blake) of Adair, IL. and Stacy Plummer (Doug) of Adair, IL.; his granddaughter Chelsea Baughman (Daniel); and his pets, Lou and Sadie.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to the Clayberg Nursing Center.
