He is survived by: his wife Carole Hindenburg Boies; his children, Scott and Wendi Jandt (Kevin); his sisters, Trudy Mueller (Steve) and Ruth Eames (Jerry); and his grandsons, Trevor and Connor Jandt. He is also survived by husband and father to his two children and a wonderful grandpa.
Later in life, during his battle with Parkinson's Disease, one of the biggest challenges he faced was his inability to help others the way he had in the past.
