He was predeceased by: his parents, George Muszynsky and Anna Muszynsky (Dymon) of Ukrainian. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Lorie Callahan (Michael), Nicholas Perko (Alisha) and Timothy Muszynsky (Meishan); his grandchildren, Michael, Ryan, Mason, Katelyn, Evelyn, Abigail and Nathan; and his siblings, John Muszynsky (Sophia), Olga Muszynsky and Irene Gagerman (Jerry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Northwestern Medicine Hospice in DeKalb or Visiting Angels in care of the Butala Funeral Home and Crematory, 1405 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore, IL. 60178.
