She was predeceased by: her parents, John Norman and Marie Norman; her husband William Romano; her daughter Sue Hewlett; and her granddaughters, Catherine Marie and Constance Rose.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Romano (Rose), Cynthia Romano, Paul Romano (Lori), John Romano, Joan Romano, Thomas Romano (Cheryl), Donald Romano (Lynn) and Catherine Romano; and her son-in-law Robert Hewlett. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in memory of Uva Romano to Life Missions, at the Sycamore United Methodist Church, in Sycamore, IL.
