He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Klein and Ruth Klein (Novotney); and his brothers, Fred and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Leonhard; his children, Pamela Brown and Nicholas Klein (Amanda); his grandchildren, Joseph and Caitlyn; and his siblings, Carole Wade, Philip Klein (Luanne) and James Klein (Sandy). He is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.

Thomas B. Klein, 82, of Sycamore died February 11, 2024 at Lincolnshire Place in Sycamore after a struggle with Alzheimer's.
