He was predeceased by: his father Martin L. Kitz. He is survived by: his mother Frances Kitz (Feinburg); his wife Michelle Mary Cammarata; and his siblings, Shari Moberley (Phil) and David Kitz (Katie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
