She was predeceased by: her husband Curly Compton; her son-in-law Jay Reyes; and her grandson Nicholas Garza. She is survived by: her children, Linda Reyes (Brian Deaver), Barbara Garza (Joe), Diana Einhorn (Bob Kleszynski) and Doug Compton (Barb); her grandchildren, Marty Reyes, Tony Reyes (Faith), Joey Reyes (Nicole), Richie Reyes (Kelly), Erica Malone, Matthew Einhorn (Danielle), Timothy Einhorn (Irma), Ashley Compton and Elizabeth Compton (D. J. Dirienzo); her great grandchildren, Teddy, Roman Reyes, Annie, Manny Reyes, Celeste Reyes, Sierra Ochoa (Juan), Jackson, Ella Malone, Hailey, Teagan Einhorn and Rio Einhorn; her great great grandchild Silvia Ochoa; and her siblings, Danny Chapman (Faye) and Nancy Payne. She is also survived by her husband, 4 children, 10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois in the name of Ruby Nadine Compton.
