He was predeceased by: his son Richard Fant; his sister Barbara Fant; and his grandson Cody Ward. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Fant; his children, Chris Fant (Tina), David Fant (Vicki), Misti List (Buddy), Chad Fant (Andi), Cory Fant (Amaya Hoffmann), Amy Arellanes (Memo), Elizabeth Collins (Richard) and Ian Collins (Brittany Dudley); and his siblings, Judy McGee (Ernie), Janet Marguart (Mike) and Linette Pillion (Tomas). He is also survived by twenty grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Fant Family in care of the Odd Fellows Lodge at 131 Sabin St., Sycamore, IL 60178.
