He was predeceased by: his spouse Beverly Jean; and his siblings, Jack Sauer (Jean) and Mary Kastigar. He is survived by: his daughter Kathleen Hansen (Julius); his grandchildren, Kaleigh Hansen, Erik Hansen, Cheryl, Kris, Jonathan, Nathan, Lauren, Deana, Evan, Shaun, Josh, Lisa, Lucreshea, Angela, Jessie and Justin; his nieces and nephews, Jim Kastigar, Mary Ellen, Matt, Beth, Margaret, Eileen, Bob, Amy, Steve, Kathy and Jeanine; and also, Don Cuttill, Larry Cuttill (Karen), Barbara Basak and Tom Cuttill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family for Masses to be said for Robert in care of the Butala Funeral Home and Crematory, 1405 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore, IL. 60178.
