We are sad to announce that on July 21, 2020, at the age of 71, Robert Ortscheid of Sycamore, Illinois, born in Dubuque, Iowa passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Ortscheid to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Ortscheid and Marcella Ortscheid (Berlage); and his sister Mary Kay. He is survived by: his wife Susan E. Kasper; his children, Karl Ortscheid (Michelle) and Lisa Kammes (Brad); his grandchildren, Colton, Calvin and Carly Jo; his siblings, Dennis Ortscheid (Kay), Ann Haas (Jim), Judy Bennett (John) and Dan Ortscheid; and his mother-in-law Elizabeth Kasper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials for Robert can be made to the ALS Foundation (als.org) in care of the Butala Funeral Home and Crematory, 1405 Dekalb Ave., Sycamore, IL. 60178.
