He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy R. McMillan and Mary L. Babich (Babich); his son Sean P. McMillan; and his nephew Ryan P. McMillan. He is survived by: his wife Susan J. McMillan (Peterson); his children, Robert P. McMillan and Mary Katherine Iaccino (Jon); his granddaughters, Shaina M. McMillan, Dawlton G. McMillan, Kara M. McMillan and Dolly E. Iaccino; his brother James M. McMillan (Nancy); and his nephew Matthew A. McMillan (Nikki). He is also survived by numerous cousins, and friends.
A Memorial Donation will be made to the Hadley Institute for the Blind and Visually Impared, as well as, the Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
