He is survived by: his wife Inez; his children, Joni Leffelman (Rick) of Sycamore and Lori Medernach (Tom) of Geneva; his grandchildren, Lindsey Boekenhauer (Kurt), Cody Leffelman (Ashley Darlak), Haley Medernach (Cody Parillo) and Taylor Medernach; his great grandchildren, Karson Boekenhauer and Grayson Leffelman; and his brother David Keneway (Carol).
