She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Werthwein and Virginia Werthwein (Gustafson); her brother Percy; and her former husband David Carlson. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Suddeth (Sharon), Timothy Carlson and Traci Carlson; her grandchildren, Kindra Verig, Jessica Suddeth, Krystel Suddeth, Timothy, Smolen and Chris "Cheyenne" Hammond; her great grandchildren, Levi, Natalie, Jaxson and Daniel; and her siblings, Judy Nimitz, Kay Irving (Dick), Norman Werthwein (Sandy), Sue Olson (late Gary), Valerie Ruth (Orris), Renee Neiderman (Richard) and Ginny Werthwein.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be directed to Sycamore United Methodist Church, or Faith U.M. Church in Genoa.
